Ready, Set, Reset

I have been over indulging and ignoring my body’s signals of thirst, hunger and malnutrition for months now. It’s time for me to RESET and start over! It’s never too late to start over. 

So far, I’m off to a great start. Green smoothie in the morning, chicken salad for lunch and fresh pineapple for a snack.   

Eat right, not less.
