15 Minute Strength Circuit

Build strength and burn fat with this 15 minute fast-paced strength circuit from trainer Craig Ballantyne. Complete as many reps of each exercise as you can in 30 seconds, without resting in between moves. Rest one minute, then repeat for a total of three or four sets. Use a weight that feels challenging


1) Dumbbell Qquat
2) Push Up
3) Bent-Over Row
4) Goblet Split-Squat
5) Push up_Position Row
6) Overhead Press
